When a customer chats with your FlowEmployee AI receptionist on your public chat link, the AI asks for the service, preferred time, name, email, and phone (and address if your service is a home or delivery service). Once confirmed, the booking is automatically created in your dashboard, the customer receives a confirmation email, and you receive a new-booking notification.
